[Phpgedview-talk] V3.0 Does not resolve accents

Is there a fix for v3.0 not resolving grave and acute accents, please?
v2.6 did not have this problem. I have both versions running concurrently.

Changing the language to French does not clear this, although
program-inserted text does resolve correctly.
