[Phpgedview-talk] V3.0 Setup query

I am running v2.6 at present without problems.

I have tried v3.0 on another directory and on trying to save the config.php
I am told it cannot be written to by phpGedView. I have set the permission
to the root directory to 755 and the config.php file to 644, 664 and 755 in
turn - all to no avail.

I have uploaded a configured file manually, but how do I now set a user to
continue setting up?
