Just where the flags are?

You could modify the .lang_form stylesheet something like this:
.lang_form {
	margin-top: 0px;
	background-color: black;
}

You could also find where the <?php print_lang_form(); ?> is at in the =
header and change the color of the table cell it is in or something like =
that too.
