[Phpgedview-talk] Installations problems

I have successfully downloaded the files to my web site but I cannot get
beyond the editconfig.php file.  The problem seems to be that phpged cannot
write to the site.  It asks me if I want to download the file and upload it
myself and I click the button but I don't know where the file is going or
what to do after that.

Any help you can provide will be appreciated.
