[Phpgedview-talk] Should a form add a user?

Hi,

I'm using the latest PhpGedView 4.2.1.  Entering data via the
CensusUK1871 form there is a check box "Create New Person:" Is that
supposed to create a new person?   I have found that is doesn't.

I also find that the form doesn't generate the TEXT correctly on some
occasions.

The Census1881 works correctly as far as I can tell.

Us this a problem with my set up?

The Server is is running PHP 5.2.11
