My apology for my ignorance, but can you tell me where I must type this 
command line?
I use a hosting servers and I have created a database.

This is the database:
Database : phpview
Login        : romy1962
Password: ********

If you want, I can send the Password (I can change this when everything is 
OK) so you can self see what has happened.
