#995 Gedcheck.php 'options'

I find gedcheck.php an extremely useful tool, but it can be exasperating to have to wade through a long list of "trivia" to find errors. I would like to see some "switches" added to ignore error items like "CEME-invalid tag," "FILE-media/...-missing OBJE:FILE:FORM," and "SOUR-invalid tag."
