#985 "To Individual" button on report selection screen

From the report selection screen, it might be nice to have a button to go to the selected individual. Depending on how the user navigated to the selection screen, this may or may not be the same as hitting the back button on the browser.

Attached screen shot combines this with request 1959584.

Presumably if the individual name can be added, then that could itself be a clickable link, as in most other locations?
