#980 Indi-List - optionally indi once or for each name / page

I would like an option on the individual-list to show the individual only once on any page (top letter, ALL, unknown surname – top given-name letter, unknown surname – ALL given-names) or to show each name separately as the main 1st highlighted name (as now).

I think the default should be to print the individual once on the page and there should be a button to print all the names.
