#977 Media Viewer: pop up in a separate window?

Media Viewer: pop up in a separate window? I like this aspect of the old viewer, I usually want to see the media *and* the INDI or FAM page at the same time.

This is a GEDCOM configuration option. Under Multimedia-->General-->Use Media Viewer. Set it to 'NO'.
