#954 privacy Random Picture on Welcome page and MultiMedia Object

Can someone add a privacy settings on the multimedia to be shown to public/registered/admin users?

the random picture could maybe have the settings within the "configure" where the types of files are set to show and the slideshow settings are.

the multimedia list could be maybe set up in the general Privacy file.
