#953 privacy settings

In the privacy settings I thing it would much easier and more comfortable to have all the facts in one column (showing up) and then to use some check boxes or option button for the choice and show to options.

I think it takes a lot of time to set the:
Privacy settings by ID,
User Privacy settings,
Global Fact Privacy settings
Facts Privacy settings by ID

when adding only one fact at the time and saving the options
