#951 Re-order utility for family and children

I'd like to request a utility that will mass reorder families and children into correct birthdate and marriage date sequence. If a child has no birthdate, or a family has no marriage date, then I'd like for there to be a user option to put those undated ones either first or last. In the case of multiple children without birthdates, then sort by alpha sequence on the given name.
