#940 ROMN and _HEB Media Titles

We allow users to update ROMN and _HEB media titles.

We should print them in media lists (multi media and manage media), in the album and in the media view.

We should also use these titles to filter media.

I see no reason why this shouldn't be done. I'm surprised that it's not already implemented.

I'll implement this for version 4.1.5 -- it's too late to get it into 4.1.4

We do not yet see the Hebrew (and Roman?) media title in the Individual page Album tab, Media list, Manage Media or the lightbox media page.

We see it on the individual page Media tab and in the Mediaviewer.
