You can't. The .doc file format is very complex and it would be very difficult to write a PHP script to create such a document. We don't think it's worth the effort.
What's wrong with having the output in PDF or HTML format? Some work is going on to add TEX to the supported output formats. I believe the person doing this work has had some success, but some more work remains to be done.

Gerry's right, this is never likelyb to ahppen in a php project.
You could try this tool though, for off-line conversion:

I've never used it though, so can't say how well it works.
