#926 Empty/unknown boxes on family chart

If Admin enables "show empty boxes on pedigree," then please include the "mini-pedigrees" on each parent of a family chart. So for example, http://UniGen.us/PGV/family?famid=F25 would have two empty boxes under Susanna Cockey

1875523 and 1184956 refer to the contents of the boxes.

This one is requests putting the boxes for parents & grandparents
in print_family_parents so that they will also show in family.php
