I posted this in the Forum, and was told it does not currently exist, but that I should do a feature request. So, here goes. Following is the post. Hopefully it accurately describes what I'm suggesting...
The Anniversary calendar is a great tool for seeing upcoming birthdays and anniversaries. But one thing doesn't make sense to me. As far as birthdays go, there is a pulldown menu where you have the option of looking at births for "ALL" people, or only "living" people. Makes sense... you don't want to send a birthday card to someone who already died.
But what about the Marriage anniversaries? Once someone is divorced, I don't really see the need of having their wedding anniversary listed on the calendar. Is there an option somewhere that I missed where it will only show anniversaries of CURRENT marriages?
Also, when looking at the calender, there's a pulldown menu on the right side, where you choose what you want to look at. the default is "Births, Deaths, and Marriages". Then you can look at single entries, like only births, only marriages, etc. Is there a way to get an option for just "Births and Marriages"? It's kind of morbid to include people's deaths in with the births and marriages. I mean, I can see situations where you would WANT to see those records, but why isn't there an option for births and marriages WITHOUT the deaths included? Or is there, and I just haven't found it?

I would like to second this request. I just installed PGV about a week ago and imported a fairly large GEDCOM. This issue was one of the first things I noticed, and presented me with a difficulty in sending a database link to my divorced Aunt who I know would immediately see her "anniversary" prominently displayed as an upcoming event upon her first login. Because of this I'm waiting until after the "event" to send her the link in hopes that this will be addressed when next year rolls around. I thought I was going to hve a similar problem with my cousin's dead husband, but I fortunately, there is an option not to show deceased people in the list.
