#908 Enhance the Edit GEDCOM privacy settings form

Please add the Save configuration and Reset buttons in the Edit GEDCOM privacy settings form before the Privacy setting by ID (or before General Privacy settings).

This will ease the adding of IDs to a long list of Privacy settings.

It would also be great if one could sort the Privacy setting by ID list.

We should see the Media title or filename for media objects instead of OBJE Mnnn that is shown now.
