#903 Add link child option to family page

At the bottom of the family page, where it offers an "add a child" option, it should offer _two_ options, as indicated in the following suggested text for English:

$pgv_lang["add_child_to_family"] = "Add a new person as child to this family";
$pgv_lang["link_child_to_family"] = "Link an existing person as child to this family";
