#898 OpenOffice/ODT output

Another nice to have but inessential item.

It would be nice if the reports formats would include an option for ODT (open documents) output. Gramps currently provides this option, among several others, adding a great deal of versatility to its reporting capability. (What sparked this was the short-lived TeX output option in a previous version - dunno if it was ever actually "there" for use, but ...).

Anyway, ODT output would be a handy feature.
