#867 Cleanup Index directory enhancements

I would like to see the size of the file and when it was created and when last updated. It might be good to also see the file-type in a separate column.

I would like to see the data in sorttable table format that should enable me to sort the files by any of the columns.

It is not clear to me how the files are currently sorted in the list.

I had a Hebrew named GEDCOM file twice in my directory.
I saw the same name twice for instance in SmartFTP.
One that I renamed to Hebrew on the server.
I see it correctly on the Cleanup Index directory page.

The second that I FTPd to the server.
I saw its name as ??-s and could only remove it after I renamed it to something else.
