#859 Improve SSL usage

Hi all,

PHPGedView has great options to use SSL for login.

But when new user want to create a profile (with administrator approuval), the forms (with login and prefered password fields) isn't using SSL.

Can you add this option too ?

I've missed that it could be logic to use SSL when user wants to change his password.

Question: if I indicates a SSL url on the Url location of PhpGedView. Is all my PhpGedView using SSL or do I need to specify SSL on my PhpGedView's web server configuration (or both...) ?
