these are actually two feature requests in one. one easy:

could we have a configuration option telling which letter (or "unknown" or "all") to use as the default.

I prefer showing all, which is very well arranged in list view.

second request is if it would be possible to add another item on the list: top 10 surnames (in which case it also should be available for the default config option)
