#827 Requests for sanity_check
I like my sanity being checked every once in a while ;-). Seriously, I do not know that I like it checked every time I go to edit my configuration. It seems like it would be nice to have this on a separate administrative function. It would also be nice to not only see errors and warnings, but everything else it checks even if not errors/warnings exist.
As I was looking at this, I thought of other things that may be useful. Some of these may already exist, but I may have missed them
1) min DB level & user rights
2) PHP .ini setting requirements
3) GEDCOM settings: unlinked individuals, non-existing sources (individual/family), source without repositories, unreferenced sources/repositories, unrecognized GEDCOM tags, individual/family/sources reference multimedia objects, unreferenced multimedia objects, multimedia files exist, families have at least one member, etc.
