#818 List/Report of individuals with a certain TAG

I would like to see a dynamic list/report of individuals who for instance served in the military, migrated, graduated, are recorded as Holocaust commemoration, are linked to a certain agency, etc.

The users should be able to fill in their page language the word military or Military (or select it from a drop down list) and they should see all the individuals with _MILT data either as a 1 _MILT or as 1 FACT/EVEN 2 TYPE _MILT. I would include in the output the regular ID, Names, Birth/Death data, Anniversaries and Ages and the _MILT DATE, PLAC and text from the level 1 record and perhaps from the related NOTE.

It would make sense to limit the output to individuals who lived at a certain time in a certain place or perhaps even to individuals whose military data includes a certain date/place. We should also limit the list to those with the selection TAG text value "Krasnojarsk" or "French".
