#763 Place Hierarchy of Birth only places etc.

We would like an option to see in the list all the places, as now, or for instance only birth or death places.

An education or marriage place is often less important than the birth place.

I just looked at this on my 4.2 test site. All I get is the radio buttons and series of error messages (below) - is it still a work-in-progress?
