#757 automatically collapse submenu when entering the next one

It would be nice when opening a new submenu (by moving the mouse pointer over an icon), the before opened submenu collapsed automatically, instead of staying open for a certain ammount of time.

With the actual timer funcionality, one can open all the submenus at the same time by running the mouse over the icons. This is confusing for the less computer trained users I plan to give access to the system.

The improvement I am proposing would probably be implemented into the javascript function show_submenu() and trigger all remaining timer events.

The timer should stay in action nevertheless, so the last opend but not used submenu will be closed.

I have fixed this in the SVN for version 4.2. See http://www.finlayfamily.org/pgvsvn/ for an example of how the new menus work.

    Thank you!
    Much less confusing :-)
