#75 Add/Delete Individuals

Currently the editing features only let you
add/edit/delete facts from individuals. We need a way
to add and delete individuals.

With version 2.52 you can add children to families and delete
people from the GEDCOM. Next we need to be able to add
spouses.

Version 3.0 provides a fairly complete editing feature set.
