#736 search Should not show advanced Options with Results

On returning with the search results, search.php still shows the full advanced search options. This takes up almost the entire screen unless you have a very large monitor, and confuses users who don't know why they cant see any results. Compare this with the way Google only shows the standard search bar even when you started out with the advanced search options. A second option is to spread the search form horizontally to take up less vertical space.
