#735 Father's First Name in Lists

I would like to see (optionally) the father's name in lists.

At least for the Scandinavian, Russian and Hebrew names the patronym was part of a person's name.

Showing the name in the list would ease the use of PhpGedView.

We should use the father's regular first name for 1 NAMEs and the father's 2 _HEB first name for Hebrew names ...

Perhaps we should add these names to the DB table(s) and enable automatic filling at the time we import or update in online.
We should be able to override these name texts.

Why not printing in each cell
both parents sortable names as in bdmlist report :

Rostropovich, Mstislav
Father: Rostropovich, Leopold
Mother: Nikolaevna Fedotov, Sofiya

Makes sense.

I do not think that we need to try to add "son/daughter of" in languages to the parent's first names.
I would be happy even with only Leopold and perhaps Sofiya.

They could also be used in searching individuals.

Added a checkbox "parents" to table footer
to show/hide parents.

Great - It works real fast - Thanks

Some findings:
1. Please add PrintReady() around the father's name and the mother's name
2. Search creates separate sorttable lists for each GEDCOM.
Each individual- and family-list has its own Parents selection box.
When I select the box of one individual-list, all the individual-lists will show the parents, but only one box will be selected. The same happens for family-lists.
3. Add the Parent selection box to the Portal box sorttable tables that show individuals or families.

4. We should update the Help text, Wiki and the FAQ about the new Given Name sort and the possibility to add the parents' names.

Please add the Parents option also to the Yahrzeit block.
