#731 translation tool for all language files

it would be great if translation tool could be used for
all language files in pgv.
For now, it seems it is not usable for
- histo file like histo.xx.php (histo.fr.php) in
language folder
- for extra.xx.php ... as well
- for modules language files

would that be possible ?

I would also like this feature.

I can see that the links to the files are currently hardcoded. How about storing the filenames for the translateable files in the DB and getting the information from that instead. Easy to say, I know. Unfortunately my php skills are basically non-existing, otherwise I would have a go at it.
