It would be cool if GoogleMap could plot LdS ordinances
based on temple codes.
Currently, baptism is the only LdS ordinance which
includes a Place field in the standard editing screens.
This means for Endowment and Sealings the user has to
edit the raw GEDCOM - something I'm leery of opening up.
Besides, entering a location for the other LdS
ordinances is redundant. The temple code indicates a
specific temple. We should be able to geocode each
temple ONCE and have it show up in all places.
One last thing - this should only show up if the
individual is alive (or assumed alive) at the time of
the ordinance.
As for implementation, I suggest an array -
$temple_coords - with a the temple code as the index,
then have latitude and longitude as the value. Look at
print_fact_date for an idea on how to determine if
someone's alive.

To be Gedcom 5.5 compliant, PLACe tag is not allowed under
LDS tags.
Will be removed in PGV 4.1 : see RFE [ 1571523 ] Misuse of
CORP tag
Geocoding of TEMPles is a great idea.
Assigning this to Googlemap module developper (borkhuis).

I thought PLAC was allowed under LDS baptism.
* runs off to check the GEDCOM standard *
PAF has a field for place for living LdS baptisms, which is
reflected as a subordinate PLAC tag in the exported GEDCOM file.

All LDS ordinances (BAPL, CONL, ENDL, SLGC, SLGS) allow for
a PLAC subtag. However, if the temple code is known, PLAC
only makes sense for living baptisms.
