#705 Repeated display of media objects

The media tab lists all media objects for an
individual, wherever they appear in the gedcom record.

When the "all" tab is selected, the media section still
shows all objects, even though many of them have
*already* been displayed in their associated fact/event.

The media section of the "all" tab (as opposed to the
media tab) should only display media objects stored at
level 1. Objects stored at levels 2 and above will
have already been displayed with their event.

For an example of his behaviour, add an image to a
fact, such as birth. Select the "all" tab. The image
will be shown twice.
