I would like to see a symbol (perhaps a red circle
with slash across it - a standard "do not") rather
than the "images/remove-dis.png" (whatever that is)
which appears for me as a "not available" (I could be
missing an image or something.)
I have an error as in one of my statea (Hawaii in my
case) and I ended up with another "Hawaii" SECONDARY
to that state with all the counties, etc. I would
like the option to remove ALL of the secondary
places, as well as possibly doing the same in other
areas. I suggest the OPTION of removing these
subsidiary places along with a legend at the bottom
somewhere that displays the "do not" symbol with the
explanation "has secondary places" AND the option to
remove with perhaps a "ARE YOU SURE?"
There are several other suggestions in the "like to
see" area with which I agree (the 'drop down' option,
etc.)
This is a great addon, but could be even better.

Hawaii is just plain confusing ;)

Some people list the island (Hawaii, Maui, Lanai, Koolawe,
Molokai, Oahu, Kauai, Niihau) instead of the county (Hawaii,
Maui, Honolulu, Kauai).

To complicate matters, people sometimes use the kahako (line
over vowel) and okina (glottal stop).
