#694 Cemetery name as Place level in BURI

So we can see who is BURIed in which cemetery and so
cemetery locations can be mapped, I've started
entering CEMEtery names as a 5th level in place names,
below burial City. Then cemeteries added to the
PlaceLocations database can be found. (Must qualify
cemetery names with Country, State, County, City to
manage duplicates.)

I'm no longer even using CEMEtery records, because
they are now redundant. But I'd rather keep Cemetery
name in CEMEtery records.

If GoogleMaps could behind-the-scenes pre-pend CEME to
the PLACe record in BURIal entries, placelocation DB
lookups could work, and the current UI structure for
BURIals could be maintained. Is this approach
feasible?
