#686 4.01 Add edit conrols to multimedia object list

When listing all multimedia objects, currently there is
no way to edit, relink or delete these objects, even
though this would be possibly the best place to perform
these kinds of operations.

Currently, I have some media item references listed in
the multimedia object list that link to files that no
longer exist. There seems to be no way to delete or
amend these without maunally editing raw gedcom file
(risky)

I also need the ability to relocate media between
subfolders, update or replace media items with superior
versions as they come to hand (without loosing often
lengthy notes etc) and to relink multiple media items
as required to new sources, individuals etc from a
centralised location, and again this list would be the
logical place to do so.
