#663 taller dialog windows (for some)

Adding wife/husband/child:

The windows are too short for the data and I always
have to scroll to the bottom. Often, because I don't
see the data, I close the window before I'm done and
then have to come back.

I realize that we're designing for worst case scenario
on user's monitors, but even a 14" should allow a
bigger window at normal resolution. And on those few
times when it is bigger than the screen/resolution,
won't it auto scroll?
