#659 Add reordering of News Items

I use the news items to display articles that aren't
news. If I edit them, the order changes. Would be nice
to control the order, and have it stick until *I*
change it. I've considered playing with their change
dates, putting them far into the future, but staggered
in the order that I want them to display.
