#655 4.01 Media Management & Display

I would like functions enabling me to move media from
one subdirectory (within /media/) to another, to change
a media filename, to replace the media file with a
different version (perhaps a better copy of same photo,
held by different relative) - all without loosing the
individual, source or family links.

I would also like the ability to link to media > 2 meg
in size, even if held in a remote location - for
example streaming audio recordings etc.

I would like to be able to re-order the order of
appearance of media items, so as to group related items
together, and to control which item displays it's
thumbnail with individual summaries in charts etc.

I would like dynamic auto scaling of images within the
extent of image windows windows - so that they scale to
fit available window size as this is changed, in
addition to the zoom option already present.
