#644 HTML/Advanced HTML block - language depending

At the moment I can write via the HTML or Advanced HTML
block free text with HTML syntax. If I write it in
German it is also diplayed in the English version of
PGV with the German text. I want to have the option to
maintain both languages (or more) for these blocks.
English content for English language, German content
(and headline) for German language, and so on.

I'll look into this, but because the block system is rather
primitive, it may not be possable.
