#628 Private in PhpGedView

In my gedcom I define names in the following format.
1 NAME
2 _HEB

Both names are printed in the charts.

Not logged-in visitors see Private for live individuals.
They see Private twice, once for the NAME and the
second time for _HEB.
I would either print this Private only once, or Print
it in Hebrew for Hebrew names (in a similar way to what
we do with the unknown).

For families the Private of the live spouse should
print in the same orientation as the name of the live
spouse.
