#621 Changes to extended location entry

The idea of expanding/translating the 3-letter country
codes (DEU : Germany, e.g.) has been addressed by
another submitter in another PR, and is one I
completely agree with. I'd say, personally, that the
country name OR the code should be acceptable and
result in display of the political map of the locale.

However, that's not the reason for this PR. I'd like
to see pGV's extended location entry add the type of
political subdivision (county, parish for the US, Kreis
for Germany, for example) in the appropriate place for
the language. For example, Arkadelphia, Clark,
Arkansas, USA follows the default usage, but it would
be more meaningful if it displayed as Arkadelphia,
Clark Co., Arkansas, USA; Shreveport, Caddo, Louisiana,
USA, would better display as Shreveport,Caddo Parish,
Louisiana, USA.

This clearly isn't a "knife-in-the-heart" issue but
would certainly make the display clearer and more
attractive.
