#614 add PLAC with ADDR or RESI in Quick Update

Another way would either be in Quick Update form to
add the PLAC field or to replace the ADRR by the RESI
or any other ways allowing for the place split
capability.

So would there be a way or how easy would it be to
have the RESI in the Quick Update form instead of the
ADRR which is far more complete and to change a new
Adress report to include the RESI data which is
searchable contrarily to the ADRR one and available
in the place list. what do you think?
