#599 Edit events that appear in Upcoming Events and On This Day.

I would like to see an option to manually chose which
events appear in the Upcoming Events and On This
Day... boxes.

For example, currently in the Upcoming Events
configuration, you can choose to show only Births,
Deaths, and Marriages, however, I would like to not
show Deaths - or at least not show deaths that are
less than 5 years old. It seems kinda harsh IMO to
go to a family website and see "Congratulations!
Your dad died 1 year ago!" Exaggerated, but you get
my point.

I know that I have an option to only show events for
living persons, but I'm not against showing all
deaths. I think people may want to know that Great-
Great-Grandpa John died on this day 120 years ago.
So, I guess I'm asking for a function that prevents
deaths that are less that "x" years old from
appearing.

Does that make sense to anyone other than me?
