For dead persons, privacy does not work to hide the
cause of death (2 CAUS) despite a rule is correctly
defined.

I used to work some versions ago (privacy rules on 1
ADDR and 1 PHON work correctly)

i remember John answered that privacy were only working on level 1 tags.
I now have a rule on 1 DEAT for some individuals.
