#595 Option for Version 3 Style Privacy

In Version 3, if I had the names of living people
hidden, unauthorized users could still navigate the
tree via "empty boxes" that took the place of the
unlisted people, but still had the controls in them.

Now I get nothing. A person who is "hidden" has no
relationship to anyone, and so nothing. At best they
connect to an endless series of BLANK (not empty, but
blank) boxes.

Could the "old style" be made an option in version 4,
for those of us that liked it better than the new way?

Ok, I have added a privacy setting which will allow this,
but it will have to be enabled manually in v4.0 in the
privacy.php file because there is not time to add it to the
editing ui.

In the privacy.php file, change the
$SHOW_PRIVATE_RELATIONSHIPS setting to true and you will be
able to follow the relationships.

The files you need to apply this to v4.0 beta 8 are attached
to this rfe.
