A title with the individual names should be added to
the Relationship Chart and possibly also to the Time-Line

The ROMN or _HEB names should be added to the
* Pedigree
* Descendency list and booklet title
* Hourglass

They are required in order to add links to the list of
individuals with the same surname - see 1464832
