#553 Descendency report like Ancestry.com's

One like this would be useful. I'd like to use it to
email to other researchers to give a accessible dump
of the data. Additional options:
- make it pedigree, but same format
- include places

I see that version 4 contains a similar report, but with 2
major differences:
* format is not as easy to follow, since there is no
indentation
* the Ancestry format is more compact

* it's not easy to convert the data to plain text. In fact,
I haven't been able to do it, after trying several methods.
The text appears to paste, takes up space, but is invisible
and can't edit the text properties.

* even on a fast machine, pdf's take quite a while to open
these days, Acrobat is really bloated. On my machine, it's
a real "do I really want to wait that long and close
something else to see this data?" decision.

So I'd like to see plain text and alternate format options
to the new Descendancy report, as well as more options
about what data to include.
