#548 Option to embed Media Ref on Export

On the import of a GEDCOM, PGV moves media into the
GEDCOM valid, but not common standalone media objects.
Almost no current genealogy program can re-import
gedcoms exported by PGV (including GEDitCOM, the
creator of the GEDCOM Torture Test Files
http://www.geditcom.com/gedcom.html ). There should be
an option on GEDCOM export (and from the clipping cart)
to embed the media "objects" back to the indi, fam and
src that they are linked to.
