#547 Address Labels Report

Address Labels Report is generating Address labels
including Dead people Which is good.

It would be cool if there is a Check box where
we can choose the option like

"Dead"
"Alive"
"All"
-------------------------------------------------

It would be cool If it could generate report based on
relationship also along with above option combination.
